The Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for participating in or overseeing a variety of analytical and technical assignments, problems diagnosis and solutions, documentation, implementation, administration, support and maintenance on a variety of project management components in an information technology applications environment.
The role is broadly split between providing day to day operational support for existing application services to users of those services and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new application services and business process improvements.
The successful specialist provides both on-site and remote access diagnoses and resolution of software, application and business process problems.

Assigned Area/Responsibility

  • Coordinate / Participate in requirements gathering in order to define, design, develop, deliver and deploy projects
  • Manage / coordinate large, medium, and small business projects Support the efforts outlined by Project Management Office Execute the reporting of project methodology.
  • Execute and communicate the health metrics associated with project efforts.
  • Mitigate and communicate risk to the company associated to the compliance accuracy, timeline and cost of project
  • Provide analysis of data required for input into budget process

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Supports, researches, analyzes, develops and documents new and existing processes, procedures and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Support the development and management of relationships with vendors in concert with Enterprise Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
  • Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of best-practice standards, policies, procedures, and associated training plans to ensure optimal daily operations are maintained and utilized throughout department
  • Establish/maintain lines of communication keeping all parties informed of project updates, incidents, problems, and resolution
  • Contributes to IT budgets (expense and capital) and estimates.
  • Contribute to the development of tactics, planning and execution of initiatives to support IT projects.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a professional capacity involving project related tasks
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Certification in either a process discipline (ITIL, PMI, Six Sigma) is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
