Data Reporting Analyst FFA
Overview
Assists in oversight of the Fulton Financial Advisors Data Warehouse including responsibility for new development and implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance to meet business unit and executive management requirements of data integrity, efficiency, reliability and flexibility. Frequently provides consultation to business units to develop effective reporting and data tools to improve risk management capabilities and efficiency goals. Works closely with Fulton Financial Corporation Information Technology staff where required. Works independently on various projects simultaneously, some with moderately short deadlines, and others that require months of planning, development and implementation. Responsible for the integrity and reliability of data systems and data that end-users are dependent on to be able to perform their respective jobs. Provides technical assistance to end users on a frequent basis.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties
Data Warehouse responsibilities include:
In coordination with FFC IT, warehouse management, including analysis and design recommendations, testing, approvals for deployment, and ongoing maintenance of reports and applications used by all business units of Fulton Financial Advisors which may include:
sales/new business reporting, financial reporting and risk management and compliance reporting.
Data Management responsibilities include:
working with end-users, Fulton Financial Advisors Management, IT and occasionally third-party vendors to develop, research, implement, and test new data systems in order to enhance department productivity, efficiency & reporting. Working independently and/or with end-users, Fulton Financial Advisors Management, IT and occasionally third-part vendors to enhance existing databases or applications so that they are more robust, user-friendly, efficient, and flexible. Working with end-users and Fulton Financial Advisors Management to troubleshoot occasional technical issues. Analyzing the existing system use to ensure end-users are utilizing the systems to their fullest extent and in the most efficient ways possible.
Data oversight responsibilities include:
Designing and maintaining database imports used by Fulton Financial Advisors for various purposes. Managing third party imports by working with IT and vendors to develop, implement, and troubleshoot imports. Analyzing requests from end-users for additional information to be added, updates to ensure adequate protection of customer privacy and to avoid duplication in imports.Working proactively to prevent systems of record from adversely affecting the integrity of database imports.
Administrative responsibilities include:
Receiving project assignments from manager with either general or specific objectives. Developing project priorities and schedules based on management's deadline requirements. Communicating with manager on a regular basis as to the status of all active projects. Preparing instructional material and training end-users on the use of new or enhanced systems.

Experience
2 or more years Understanding of database development/design/implementation/maintenance. Skills include T-SQL, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SAS. . (Preferred)
