Creative Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for facilitating successful project execution demonstrated by customer satisfaction and project profitability. The CPM works closely with Account Managers, Sales, and the technical staff to coordinate the finalizing of the specifications through the successful implementation of Listrak Professional Services projects. The CPM is responsible for budget management ensuring that projects are being delivered on-time and in-budget. In those situations when a project can go over-budget, the CPM makes sure to communicate this to management so that additional budget hours can be obtained. Further, the CPM maintains a detailed record of each project within Salesforce.
Team Management
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects. Coordinate a team consisting of developers, designers, business analysts, quality assurance and others to ensure that project appropriate resources are assigned to project and that project remains within budget.
Act as liaison to and advocate for client. Keep client up-to-date regarding project status and follow up with client to ensure timely asset deliveries.
Enable project team success by identifying and addressing risk factors, external dependencies, and other issues.
Customer Management
Set initial customer expectations regarding process and schedule in line with Sales Agreement.
Coordinate delivery of customer digital assets, data and project launch process.
Provide final review and approval of all project deliverables prior to delivery.
Identify changes in scope; quantify project impact in terms of risk, time and budget.
Provide periodic status reports to client point person including activities, deliverables, accomplishments, and budget updates.
Project Accountability
Track progress of multiple projects and reflect status in NetSuite in such a way that other staff members can seamlessly step in if coverage is required.
Review project proposals to determine time constraints, cost limitations and resource requirements.
Control project cost and manage project risk. Achieve revenue goals for projects.
Work with team members and clients to reduce Book to Bill time and ensure overall project profitability.

Perform other duties as assigned by Manager of Listrak Managed Services.
1+ years of experience in project management or similar project leadership in an advertising agency/interactive marketing environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of completion.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
Proficient knowledge of HTML.
Advanced problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibility to "own" project and put in occasional overtime as required.
Must be self-directed when necessary but able to work in a team-environment.
BA or BS is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
