Armstrong World Industries, Inc. has a job opportunity for a Manager, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT Systems. This position is responsible to identify, analyze, cultivate, & communicate business process needs and potential information technology (IT) solutions across all business units. This position functions as a relationship manager that cultivates potential IT solutions to aligned business priorities, a leader of the IT solutions delivery and project delivery processes, and a direct manager for a team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities of the Manager, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT Systems :
Acquire and maintain global business process and IT knowledge necessary to anticipate IT solutions for emerging business opportunities in all supported areas
Identify and cultivate potential IT investments to meet business strategic and process needs
Organize, prioritize, and resource balance a portfolio of potential IT projects, using business risk and return evaluation
Create strategic and operating plans for all supported business/IT functions
Communicate portfolio and project status with business Executives, business functional leaders, business process owners, and IT managers across all levels of the organization
Develop and maintain process metrics to demonstrate maximum returns for the IT portfolio
Partner with business process owners to use delivered solutions to full potential
Provide detailed portfolio management and project management skills as needed
Lead and coach IT delivery resources to manage project scope and issues, to result in successful project implementations and portfolio delivery
Develop plans to leverage existing global IT investments wherever possible
Provide guidance, input, and management of $5-$25 million of direct and indirect budget spending
Required Qualifications for the Manager, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT Systems :
8+ years of business analysis experience, with a record of successful project implementations
Business analysis experience should include process re-engineering and cross-functional implementations of integrated information systems
Process team leadership should include experience with a variety of supply chain business functions and levels of skills
Educational background must include a BS/BA in Business, Information Technology, or related areas
Desired Qualifications for the Manager, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT Systems :
SAP knowledge
Extensive Enterprise-level project management expertise
Leadership responsibilities in, or significant interaction with, business units outside of IT
Certification in either a process discipline (ITIL, PMI, Six Sigma) or technical discipline (SAP, Data Warehousing)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
