The Pressroom Dining Room Supervisor oversees the dining room for total guest satisfaction and experience from the greeting to the farewell. Our Dining Room Supervisor must have the following
Qualifications:
Ensures a great and positive customer experience.
Creates a positive dining experience, beginning with the correct reservations, greeting and seating the customers, merchandise purchase, to the end of the evenings farewell.
Oversees the service staff, ensuring that the side-work is completed before and after each shift.
No job is too big or too small, must be able to fill in where needed.
Positive and upbeat attitudes
Warm and welcoming greetings to our customers
Customer focused
Well groomed and personal appearance is a must. Dress for Success!
Able to pitch in where needed
Ensure guests are WOWED with our service and food
Effective communicator with GREAT Listening capabilities
Demonstrate positive teamwork with all staff members

Must enjoy working with all sorts of people
Looking for career opportunities
Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma and a minimum of three years in the service for hospitality industry, along with two years management experience. I look forward to hearing from you soon.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
