We are seeking a Psychiatrist for a Part-time or Full-time position in our Lancaster, PA, location.
The ideal Psychiatrist will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.
Hybrid option available.
Compensation:
Fee for Service/Salaried Models
Employees can earn $175,000-$265,000 annually
20-30 hours per week/ 46 weeks per year
Qualifications:
Must have clean & unrestricted Pennsylvania license
Board Certified Psychiatrist
Two years of post-graduate experience with assessments, evaluations, and medication management
Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
Expertise and experience in treating all ages and populations is highly desirable
