As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of multiple growing companies in our portfolio.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities - Assist in event planning and execution - Perform order entry and maintain accurate records - File and organize documents - Proofread and transcribe important documents - Must be willing to be in the Hive Lancaster office 5 days a week and be a positive impact on the office building and clients (it's a fun office and you can help make it awesome!) - Must be the type of person that leans into various new tasks and challenges and is a team player for a growing company Requirements:
- People that understand computers and lean forward with various tools in technology - High energy person who tends to get tasks done quickly, but accurately - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proven track record of responsibility which can be shown in multiple ways We offer competitive compensation and amazing growth opportunities with the companies.
