Responsibilities:
Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Safe operation of hand and power tools to assist in the production process.
Inspect products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production line.
Actively follow all safety and health standards to keep workspace accident-free, identify and communicate any safety risks or concerns.
Communicate with the Door Line Supervisor and experienced production team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Complete all necessary process documentation as required.

Functions in a live production environment a majority of the time.
Work requires the ability to walk the production floor and other areas of the manufacturing facility; position requires good physical fitness and an understanding of appropriate lifting techniques and tool safety.
May need to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Excellent vision skills (with or without correction) are required.
The environment has moderate noise levels associated with equipment, production machines, and construction equipment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
