As the Service/Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and delivery operations of our appliance store.
You will lead a team of 7-10 dedicated professionals, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and timely delivery of their purchases.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the service and delivery department including the delivery coordinator, service coordinator, delivery teams, and service technicians.
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service and delivery processes.
Communicate effectively with Service Coordinator and Delivery Coordinator regarding calls and any issues that arise.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize service and delivery efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks and daily operations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to service and delivery operations.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in service and delivery operations.

Typical working hours for this position:
Monday through Friday 9am -5:
30pm 40 hour weeks, additional 10 hours of overtime may be available Compensation:
$26 to $29 per hour (depending on experience) This business is independently owned and operated.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
