5-hour shift), overtime is required as needed.
Responsibilities:
o Familiarity with buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systemsand electrical systems.
o Perform inspections of fire and safety controls and systems.
o Makes repairs to facility, such as:
parking lots and sidewalks with asphalt,cold patching materials and concrete.
o Basic construction experience / competency required(drywall replacement / repair, painting, etc.
)o Repair or replace doors, building brick, stone, and concrete.
o Oversee Custodial and/or landscape contractors while on premises.
