is a forensic psychology office in Lancaster, PA.
We are professional and agile and our office consists of 3 psychologists.
Duties - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees - Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Requirements - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently once training is finished - Knowledge in the field of psychology is a plus Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
