Summary:
As a member of the Administrative team at ACCS, the Specialist will work closely with the Manger( Regional Coordinator) to complete the defined role.
This job can be performed from a secure home office upon the completion of orientation and training.
However, weekly visits to the main office/ regional field or meetings with the regional teams or other members of the administrative staff may occur at times.
The person applying for this position must be highly detail oriented and comfortable in reacting quickly to fast paced changes.
Applicants must be technology savvy, able to think outside the box with the ability to multitask, and able to learn multiple programs.
The responsibilities and tasks may change as the needs of the company change.

Job Skills Include but not Limited To:
Fluent in Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint a must.
Understands how to create graphs.
Able to learn and become fluent in Setworks to help upload and maintain consumer and employee information as needed.
Learn how to check weekly employee invoices and verify information through Setworks.
Able to learn Paychex and assist with documentation and requests as needed.
Gather data and information as requested in a quick and timely manner as requested by the Manager/Regional Coordinator Able to work independently without daily supervision.
Knows what needs done daily and accomplished it.
Respond to emails quickly.
Enjoys a fast-paced job and able to take on new tasks as needed.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Maintain awareness of and familiarity with the company's services, information, documentation, and reporting issues and requirements.
Track employee, call offs, no shows, sick time, vacation, etc.
Collaboratively onboard new employees with HR specialist Attend weekly staff meeting.
May take on role as secretary for updating meeting notes during the meeting.
Responsible for learning and mastering zoom, to create meetings as requested or help in trouble shooting problems.
Attend/ lead Orientation with HR specialist Attend ISP/Team Meetings Assist with scheduling shadowing/ongoing schedules for new staff Bills for open shifts if there is an emergency need Attends/organizes events/activities- make sure they are consumer led Assists with interviews Field Observations/visits Assists with referrals Attends RC updates/Administrative meetings Support on administrative tasks Maintain utilization information.
Tech Mentorship Additional tasks as applicable Tracking Media Release/ Consent to Treat Forms Birthday/Anniversary Cards for staff- Get well soon /Birthday- for Consumers Assistance with Employee Reviews- Data collection Additional Position Information:
Prior scheduling experience a plus.
Time will be tracked using Timeular.
Employees in this position are expected to be dependable.
Hours may vary.
While working at home, in the main office, or at other locations, are representing the company and should act and dress appropriately following standard business practices.
It is the employee's responsibility to use and respond to information given through formal business communications including emails, voicemails, newsletters, and in-person meetings in a timely manner.
Adhere to the ACCS Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to, COVID-19 health and safety guidelines including proper PPE usage and temperature checks.
The position duties as described above may change as needs of the company change.
It is the responsibility of the employee to update ACCS administration if their ability to adhere to listed responsibilities change.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
