This position serves as a support role to clients, client success, creative services and the sales team as it relates to creative services; it is part design/production and part administration.
Accurately produce quality customer advertisements that are aesthetically pleasing for all projects in the submission queue.
Manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining deadlines and detail.
Provide internal communication with creative services operations and sales.
Provide external communication with customers via email and phone offering support regarding creative services as needed.
Responsibilities:
Produce postcard advertisements utilizing web to print ad-builder software Produce and create custom and templated advertisements utilizing the Adobe Creative suite Clean all customer advertisements received to print-ready standards Reformat advertisements to meet specifications Update advertisements with new content Accurately and efficiently upload advertisements to appropriate customer's account for customer review and magazine production Work through the project submission queue Accurately record time spent on projects as needed Accurately and efficiently email proofs to customers for review Maintain directory organization of all original, working, and final files on server Export a variety of file formats to.

tif or other working file types Determine if submitted files fit within production specs Use judgement on quality assessment of digital and printed images, ads, logos Professionally and proficiently communicate with internal and external customers Maintain a record of customer notes in the company's CRM application Consistently hit deadlines while managing several projects at once Apply knowledge about company policies, procedures and pricing to best meet customer needs Perform other related duties as assigned To adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook Skills Strong typography skills Ability to learn new software quickly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) MS Office (Excel and Word) Knowledge of print resolution formats and digital printing processes Ability to leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, printing and production processes to facilitate effective communication between the creative services team, customer service, sales and clients.

ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Well-developed interpersonal, communication, time-management, and technical skills Self-starter, ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment Written and oral communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Qualifications Prior customer services and/or sales experience required Mac Platform Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) Associates degree in a design related field required, Bachelor's preferred Prior intern or freelance experience required Experience at a magazine, catalog, high volume agency, graphic design firm, internal corporate or prepress department is a plus Job Type:
