We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:
Excellent Customer Service skills Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions Knowledge of plumbing and electrical HVAC experience/certification preferred but not required Able to salt/shovel snow if needed Must be able to lift 50 lbs On-Call rotation with additional compensation Basic hand tools required Must be reliable Team player - Teamwork is our foundation Maintain clean and safe work environment Other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Customer Service Hvac Maintenance Plumbing Team Working Construction Toolkits Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
