Trout CPA is seeking an Seasonal Administrative Assistant to meet its growing administrative and clerical needs.
The right candidate will become an integral part of the Trout CPA team by ensuring our tax return processing operations run smoothly and by offering our clients the exceptional customer service they have come to expect.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Client Document Management - This includes sorting, scanning as well as corresponding with clients.
Tax Return Assembly - This includes assembling clients' business and personal tax returns into a finished product for client viewing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (not a remote position) Experience in an administrative role is required Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills High level proficiency with technology especially Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel) Working knowledge of basic office management systems (filing, mailing, etc) Working knowledge of office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, copier) Excellent organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week for the duration of the position (January through Early April) Flexible hours including Saturday's and late evenings from January-April.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
