Offering a flexible schedule based on your availability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating Saturday mornings.
This position may require the ability to travel to our different satellite locations as well.
All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility.
Qualifications include, but not limited to:
Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient PC skills Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) Good customer service skills Bilingual is a plus Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Checking in and out patients Insurance verification's Scheduling appointments Answering phones This position will also be expected to cross-train to work/cover phone scheduling as needed.
