The People & Organization Associate will support the park team in front facing employee support with uniforms, payroll questions, interviews and company orientations.

Responsibilities:
Assist employees with uniform requests and exchanges Conduct interviews for seasonal team members Assist in developing and implementing new and innovative recruiting ideas Conduct Company Orientation for new team members Light clerical Answer and assist employees with basic issue in person and on the phone Weekend and Evening Availability Other items assigned by P&O team Team member
