This position performs a variety of highly responsible, complex and specialized administrative work requiring use of independent judgment, high level of technical expertise and maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information related to all levels of the business and a diversified workload.
Duties include but are not limited to computer assignments, filing, scheduling, financial review and analysis, payroll processing, coordination of meetings and works on special projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum of a high school diploma required.
3 - 5 year of Administrative Support experience required.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Works a typical full-time day (8 to 10 hours), plus any additional hours as needed.
