Reporting to the HR Business Partners, the HR Generalist will manage key people processes demonstrating a passion for the integration of technology in HR practices.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage the HR Help Desk ticketing system including researching and responding to requests and escalating Help Desk Tickets as needed.
Respond to general employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
Assist with managing electronic employee files in OnBase.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and databases.
Recruitment Support Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews with candidates.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Coordinate pre-employment background checks.
Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Onboarding Management via DocuSign Provide guidance and training to branch teams on electronic onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption by new users, successful implementation and ongoing usage.
Create and manage new hire onboarding templates for each branch location.
Provide support to end users including customizing templates, routing queues and problem-solving.
Provide creative solutions and ideas for further streamlining HR onboarding processes including new hire benefit enrollment and collection of key benefit-related documents, ie.
dependent and beneficiary documentation.
Benefits Administration:
Support the Benefits team in administering employee benefits programs, including organizing and conducting benefits-related employee communication and education sessions.
Assist with annual benefits projects and compliance reporting (ie; EEO).
Provide support to the Benefits team and HR Business Partners as they managing the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) process, including maintaining accurate records, communicating with employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations.
HR Projects and Initiatives Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvements, and employee engagement activities.
Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (OR 3-5 years of HR work experience).
Preferred Education /
Experience:
Relevant certifications in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) Travel:
This position may require occasional travel for meetings, training, or other HR-related activities.
