The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team across the resort.
This includes Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park, Cartoon Network Hotel and Old Millstream Campground.
We are currently looking for a:

Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks and projects to ensure safe daily operations.
Review daily inspection sheets, monitors and analyzes maintenance to all rides and attractions.
Prepare and publish the monthly maintenance team schedule.
Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, including attending Safety Committee meetings, adhering to company policies and enforcing regulations established by OSHA, NFPA, etc.
as well as local, state, and federal guidelines.
Coordinate initial and recurrent training on job specific skills, state certifications, OSHA compliance, and applicable state and local requirements.
Monitor ride operation procedures and restrictions for compliance with manufacturer, state and park requirements.
Monitor all ride repairs and maintenance related projects.
Assist the maintenance staff in repairing rides and performing facility maintenance throughout the entire year.
Maintain and control department inventory, including the purchase of new and replacement inventory when needed, within the constraints of the annual budget.
Participate in the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager On Duty (MOD) rotation for the park during the operating season as scheduled.
Assist with planning, budgeting and coordinating capital projects.
Act on behalf of the Maintenance Director in that person's absence.
Experience:
Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in general maintenance and/or a specific trade such as plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Building Maintenance, etc.
