Customer Support Specialist I

Overview Clark Service Group is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join their Contact Center at their Lancaster, Pennsylvania headquarters.
This customer-focused, problem solver will work with their team to answer inbound phone calls, create work orders in the teams proprietary software system, assist on customer service issues, and contact customers for feedback through satisfaction surveys.
Clark Service Group Customer Support Specialists are responsible for working directly with our partners to provide an exemplary customer experience.
Duties Respond to inbound calls from customers, employees, and partners.
Enter work orders in Clark Service Groups proprietary Field Service software system, following each respective customers preferences and account settings.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely expedition of customer requests.
Effectively manage general customer concerns in a professional manner, escalating more complex issues as needed.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide information on Clark Service Groups additional services or refer them to the appropriate department for additional information.
Perform customer satisfaction surveys as assigned.
Develop, maintain, and consistently demonstrate knowledge of communication best practices, customer service skills, company procedures, and the food service industry.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Innate understanding of customer service and conflict resolution.
Experience working in a food service establishment (waitstaff, general manager, sous-chef, etc.
) is not necessary, but a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
