8 3 hours ago Full Job Description The Clark Associates Companies are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our rapidly growing company.
This position reports to the Compensation Manager and plays an integral role in ensuring the company is competitive as it relates to employee compensation.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of job descriptions ensuring descriptions accurately reflect work being performed Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate classifications and pay ranges Prepare and maintain job classifications and pay bands Determine competitive compensation ranges for each position by gathering data from market-based compensation surveys and other reliable sources Analyze data and prepare summary reports of job and compensation analysis information Support the development of various bonus programs Share best practices for compensating employees Advise management on relevant state, federal and local employment regulations and ensure company compliance Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods Extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and best practices Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental insurance, wellness programs, gym membership reimbursement, pet friendly work environment, a 401k with company match, and a flexible work schedule.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
