Job Description Category Analysts report on category growth, research market trends, and strategically set pricing for their product lines.
They also source and onboard new products and brands and implement marketing strategies.
While a Category Analyst will be an out-of-the-box thinker, they must also be analytically minded and able to compellingly present their data findings to stakeholders of their category.
Candidates should be confident, creative, and desire to make an immediate impact on a busy and growing company.
This position is full-time and located in Lancaster, PA, but is remote-friendly/hybrid-friendly for those within a 2-hour driving radius.

Job Responsibilities Research and add new items and brands Collaborating with marketing teams to creatively promote product lines Researching and strategizing growing market trends to maximize profitability Enhancing effectiveness and shop-ability of our Ecommerce sales platform Monitoring and reporting category sales growth Creating and executing projects to increase sales and gross profit Product testing to ensure quality and consistency Skills & Requirements Clear, confident, and persuasive communication Creative and innovative thinker Accurate data reporting and analysis skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills; emphasis in Excel We consider applicants with diverse majors and work history; however, applicants frequently have education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant positions include Buyer, Procurement Analyst, Vendor Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Brand Analyst, and Marketing Analyst.
