8 3 hours ago Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Benefits Analyst with Clark Associates, Inc.
is responsible for supporting the development of a competitive benefits program, which includes insurance benefits, time off programs, retirement benefits and wellness initiatives.
The Benefits Analyst will work with various stakeholders to analyze current trends, costs, and utilization to help find solutions that align with employee and company interests.
The Benefits Analyst must ensure that current and anticipated benefits follow best practices and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Determine and recommend benefits that meet employees' needs by benchmarking best practices, researching industry and employment trends, tracking legislation and estimating impact Determine employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys, collecting feedback from focus groups and analyzing responses Monitor effectiveness of new and existing programs, make recommendations for changes, model cost impact and present recommendations Evaluate proposed benefit contracts by studying provisions and estimating impact Provide management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends by preparing written and graphic findings and explanations Monitor plan limits, eligibility, and other restrictions on plan participation to ensure compliance with both plan provisions and government requirements Coordinate the processing and verification of billing, claim and contribution payments to external vendors Develop and implement appropriate audits and controls for benefit related processes to ensure accurate data and efficient processing Assist in the development of strong business relationships with external vendors and insurance carrier personnel Assist with the design, delivery and administration of benefit programs and processes Assist in the development of effective and compelling benefits training and communications strategies, tools, and processes to optimize perceived value, improve employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance Assist in vendor implementations Ensure compliance with all compensation, benefits and HCM related laws and regulations including FLSA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, ERISA, HIPAA Maintain employee confidence by keeping benefit information confidential Any other duties as assigned by the Benefits Administration Manager EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business administration or similar human resources role Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Service leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
