Service Director - Mental Health Services at Keystone Human Services in Lancaster, PA
Keystone Human Services is the parent organization of six nonprofit subsidiary companies. Our services include the areas of intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, Head Start, and an internationally accredited service dog program. Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. Responsibilities Include:
Manage assigned MH services, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values and strategic plan

High school diploma or equivalent Four years of progressive experience in supervision, administration, and management of programs supporting people recovering from mental illness Broad knowledge of the mental health field in areas such as licensing regulations, business administration and personnel management Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization Valid driver's license Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks Preferred

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
