Description/Job Summary
This position is in the Support Services area of Fulton Financial Advisors.
FUNCTION
Perform and assist other associates in the most complex areas of FFA Support Services functions. Assist in complex problem solving. Assist supervisor and provide strong leadership.
Responsible for processing and/or reconciling various types of increasingly complex transactions affecting all types of trust accounts on the trust accounting system. Ensure that the functions performed in FFA Support Services are being handled in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. Maintain necessary controls established to safeguard customer assets.
DUTIES
Assist with daily review, research and correction of Statement Out of Balance Report to ensure 100% drop of month end statements.
Interpret announcements of corporate actions, some of which are complex and perform accounting and communications to carry out decisions. Responsible for the review, posting and reconcilement of all corporate actions including stock splits, tenders, merger, name changes, exchanges and redemption calls and puts. Monitor and follow through on all transactions to ensure accurate and timely posting on time sensitive issues to the trust accounts involved.
Reconcile the trust accounting system blotter to the trust departments checking account to ensure all debits and credits have been properly identified in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve complex problems and effectively communicate resolution to FFA officers and other bank associates as needed.
Assist in the scheduling of workloads to assure the timely and accurate completion of duties. Perform other associates responsibilities when absent.
Assist with special projects, identify and recommend quality improvements as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal clients.
Review trust automated reports as needed, process daily mail for area, maintain files including imaged files, legal documents, archives and storage, order supplies as applicable and needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Associates Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
Seven to nine years prior banking with five years of previous Trust Department experience required.
Knowledge of mutual funds and mutual fund processing including trading income posting and captial gain preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
