Have you proven yourself as someone who can wear many hats, but remain focused on a specific application? Do you like a mix of duties depending on the day and project schedules? If so, this opportunity is for you as we are seeking candidates that would enjoy multiple duties that would include application administration, user training, working with business analysts to determine and analyze workflow, act as a support person for 500-750 users, and also monitor at least 3 servers.
If you excel in communicating with people of all levels, then you'll do well in this role as you'll work under the
manager
, but also interact with other IT staff, and also train new staff on the application. This person should have great analytical skills that will be put to use for problem solving, troubleshooting and making enhancements when needed. In addition, you'll interface with other IT staff to gather requirements, develop programming specs, and also test changes. If you've excelled in a help desk role, you will have no problem handling the support of the application.
Qualified candidates should have most of the following: Experience querying databases with SQL VB and/or .net is a plus. Exposure to enterprise level imaging system is a big plus Knowledge and experience administering an enterprise application Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and/or significant experience in a technical role What's in it for you?
